Often, periodic maintenance of building exterior sealant joints are not performed. It cannot be stated enough that a sealant joint exposed to the harsh elements requires maintenance, especially in a horizontal application, just as for other components of a building. A building owner or manager should have periodic inspections performed to identify areas where remedial sealant repair or maintenance work is required. This is where we can assist you.

This periodic inspection (if required) should be used to also help identify sealant joint conditions needing repair, although some of these façade inspections do not involve the entire façade– just selected areas.
